HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!!!!!

My dear dear 2A2, I sincerely hope you had a fun day at school today! I know I had a very fun day today. There are a few things I would like to say…

Firstly, I would like to thank Farah, our cool and cutie chairperson, and Nigel, our look-grumpy-but-secretly-always-happy Vice-Chairperson. Without the effort and organization from you 2, everything would not have gone so smoothly! A BIG Thank You to all of the other people who helped to decorate the entire classroom! I must say, I think the idea of cutting the ribbon for the classroom was very cool! Hee… I saw all the decorations, even the words pasted on the wall. It’s Lovely!!! I think I should tell you this also. In case you thought I looked like I didn’t appreciate all your efforts, no okie, I am very very touched by all of it. I can usually express myself very well, and will say what I want to say, but today, when I stepped into the classroom, I felt a loss for words. I’m very touched by the happy efforts you all have made. But I didn’t know what to say at that point of time…

Secondly, the big card is awesome!!! Whose idea is it?? I think the heart colour was very well done! Got shading somemore lol… very nice!!! When I was stuck in the office at 7pm this evening after the parents-meeting, I opened the card to read all your messages properly and I was very touched. Tell you a secret, I think I was getting a bit teary-eye reading your wonderful words person after person. Then Ms Kerry Lim walked past, and she also said the card was very nice, and asked how come she dun have =) Your words have certainly been very encouraging and lovely to read! Thank you!

Lastly, I wanna say…. I thought I told you guys not to spend money on buying me presents?!?! Aiyoh!!!!! I feel very heart-pain when I see you guys buy the things for me. I dun know wat to say… Thank you for all your efforts and thoughts into thinking what to buy, and buying it. I have opened all the stuff already, and it’s nice, all of it is nice. Thank you very much! But really, please dun spend that kind of money on me anymore okay, I’m more than touched and happy to receive a nice, sincere, cool, long card or letter from you. Don’t under-estimate what you write. Many many times, when I get frustrated or depressed with teaching, 2A2’s faces and words have encouraged and motivated me very much. You must remember, I’m not the only one in 2A2, each and everyone of you are, and you hold up the class spirit of 2A2 as well. Every little bit matters, every single one of you matters. You make a difference. I’m not that fantastic a teacher, it’s you who have been a great fantastic class together. I will try my very best to always stay a happy teacher, and you should do the same, stay a happy person and help those around you be right and happy too! I’m proud to have been given the chance to be with you all, braving through laughters and tears. I hope I have touched or motivated you at some point of time, but if I have not touched your individual life, I guess that’s alright, because all of you have long since been part of my life. =) So get a good rest and get ready to CHARGE ahead into the last term of the year! Cherish this one last term we have together as 2A2 of 2008, and get super-ass cool GREAT results!!!
